In 2014, Jimmy had quite a few amazing opportunities. He  was lucky enough to receive New England Country Music Organization's Entertainer Of The Year Award Age 13-16, as well as their Instrumentalist Of The Year Award Age 13-16.  Also, Jimmy competed at the Northeast Invitational Country Showdown, and received their Instrumentalist Of The Year Award in the 13-16 year age group.

As well as being a multi-instrumentalist, Jimmy has been busy this summer writing new material for his debut record, due out soon. He attended a songwriting program at the Berklee College Of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Jimmy speaks of the experience, "Berklee was easily one of the most incredible musical experiences of my life...I learned so many new things every day. I even had a chance to take a class taught by Livingston Taylor [brother of the world famous James Taylor] who is one of the most inspiring people I have met so far. He bought me a coffee after class, and we sat in Starbucks talking for over two hours... it was absolutely incredible."  Not only did he spend time with professional songwriters to further enhance his skills, but he spent many nights writing music with friends on campus.

Jimmy would like to recognize his family and friends for their support. He also wants to thank all of the people who have supported him though his "musical journey", as he called it. "Music is my dream," Jimmy says, "and I pray I'm able  to keep living my dream every day."
